GoChi Juice Health Benefits

GoChi juice, also known as Himalayan goji, is a type of berry that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine. Scientific studies show support for the use of GoChi juice for a number of health-related issues.

Antioxidant

A study published in October 2009 in the "Journal of Medicinal Food" found that supplementation with 100 ml of GoChi juice for 30 days led to improved immunicological function in a group consisting of 60 healthy older adults. Specifically, it increased lymphocyte count, which is a type of white blood cell responsible for protecting the body from harmful invaders such as viruses and tumors. The participants also noticed an improved feeling of well-being from the GoChi supplementation.
